Children’s Miracle Network

RE/MAX has been the exclusive real estate sponsor of Children’s Miracle Network since 1992. Over the years, RE/MAX Associates’ support of Children’s Miracle Network has made a difference for millions of kids, transforming lives through lifesaving research, charitable care and specialized treatment. To date, RE/MAX Associates’ contributions total nearly $100 million which has all gone towards children in need. RE/MAX of New Jersey has raised nearly $2.5 million of that amount with all donations going toward nine Children’s Specialized Hospitals throughout the state along with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Miracle Home Program

RE/MAX Associates generate funds for Children’s Miracle Network in a variety of ways. The foundation of this extremely successful partnership is the Miracle Home Program, where Associates make personal donations to Children’s Miracle Network for every completed transaction. Properties listed as Miracle Homes can be marketed with special personal promotional tools, and as RE/MAX Miracle Homes are sold, thousands of dollars are raised to benefit this outstanding organization. Associates who donate $25 or more per transaction also have access to an Honor Card program where they can customize a Thank You Card with their clients’, and their offices’ information. This card can be sent to clients to let them know a portion fo the commission earned from their home was donated to the Children’s Miracle Network. In addition, Associates may also organize local fundraisers to raise money.

Through its ” Touchdown for Kids” program, RE/MAX makes a $100 contribution to Children’s Miracle Network for each touchdown scored during NFL games broadcast on Westwood One Radio. RE/MAX of New Jersey is proud to have helped thousands of sick and injured children throughout the state and looks forward to consistently contributing an increased dollar amount toward the ever-growing total.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

Since 2002, RE/MAX has been supporting the survivor recognition program for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. In 2009, RE/MAX took a key step forward in the fight against breast cancer by becoming a national sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure series. And RE/MAX Associates are the caring faces behind the sponsorship at local races through their businesses. RE/MAX is the only real estate network represented on each one of the 6 million race entry forms, 1.5 million participant T-shirts, 1.5 million race bibs and 500,000 posters for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure events.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

In New Jersey, these races take place twice a year: the North Jersey event takes place in the spring and the Central and South Jersey event takes place in the fall. Year after year, RE/MAX offices come out in force to support the Komen Foundation and the RE/MAX Pavilion Tent serves as a great gathering spot for all of our Associates. Also at each event, a RE/MAX team is present to support the cause and participate in the race.

Susan G. Komen: Sold for the Cure

Similar to the Children’s Miracle Network Home Program, The Sold for the Cure program assists RE/MAX offices and Associates in supporting Susan G. Komen for the Cure and its vision of a world without breast cancer. RE/MAX Affiliates can designate homes as “Sold for the Cure” properties and make contributions to Komen for the Cure in their client’s name. For each donation made, a Thank You card will automatically be generated and sent to the client letting them know a donation was made in their name to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
